Service has been very high on the agenda at BÖWE SYSTEC for many years. Our local sales and service teams are familiar with your individual requirements. Our job is to follow your lead and advise you, to provide quick and flexible assistance with a view to safeguarding your production processes within no more than a day. Our service concept includes commissioning and servicing systems, providing a service hotline and remote maintenance, running standard and advanced training courses, offering software maintenance support and delivering spare parts overnight, as well as so much more besides.
Everything from a single source – even for third-party systems
Our efforts are not limited to BÖWE SYSTEC systems and software. If called upon to do so, we will also manage peripheral products such as print, prepress and postpress systems, sorting systems or other third-party systems in your mailroom. Experienced BÖWE SYSTEC technicians and state-of-the-art tools guarantee quick and competent assistance wherever required – all from a single source.
Individual service modules
Not all systems or applications are identical. And so it is only logical that you should be able to arrange for your mailroom systems to be serviced on an individual basis, as required. This could range from a simple maintenance agreement all the way to a special full service contract, thus ensuring that the performance and availability of your systems are kept at a permanently high level and guaranteeing that your mailroom operations run smoothly. It goes without saying that we are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
